Bent architecture is beginning work on a 1.1 million dollar New Jersey renovation of 61 apartments and several storefronts. Work includes roof replacement, masonry repair and repointing, replacement of all kitchens and baths, replacement of electrical and plumbing systems, the addition of fire protection systems, and upgrading of buildings to meet accessibility requirements. Construction is scheduled to begin in the Spring of 2004 and to be completed by the Spring of 2006.
